Handle full sets of Accounts for group of companies
Handle the daily operations of the accounting and finance functions within the company (AP, AR, GL, Journal, Accrual, Prepayment and Depreciation Schedule etc)
Prepare monthly reports for closing of accounts
Process staff claim & documents filing
Prepare for audits / corporate tax / GST filing and other compliance matters
Perform financial related administrative matters (proper document records keeping, mail collections, banking, distribute Petty Cash etc)
Ad-hoc Accounts duties
Job Requirements:
Must possess LCCI higher/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualification
Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
At least 4 years of working experience in relevant roles
