Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and actionable consumer insights. We are extremely international, with headquarters in Luxembourg and offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Paris, Singapore, Tokyo, Milan, and London. The Senior Account Executive will be a key support function within our Sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Market and sell our Social Media Monitoring and Analytics tool Talkwalker
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the region
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Setup and coach partnerships in your market
- Network and attend relevant conferences and trade shows
- Participate in our overall sales and marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven sales experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency or in a software company
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication culture
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required
