At Talkwalker, our Sales team is responsible to attract, nurture and close business opportunities generated from both inbound, outbound, and partner activities. They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrating the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications, and Insights departments.Talkwalker is a leading consumer intelligence company with over 2,500 clients globally. Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and actionable consumer insights. We are extremely international, with our headquarter in Luxembourg and footprints (and offices) across the US (New York City), Germany, France (Paris), Singapore, India (Mumbai), Japan (Tokyo), Italy (Milan) and the UK (London).As an integral part of our sales force, you will have the opportunity to market and sell Talkwalker. This role is not just about closing sales... it\'s about opening doors, building relationships, and playing a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the industry and region!We\'re looking for someone who will be working remotely from Singapore, with opportunities to gather with our local team on a regular basis.Key responsibilities:

  • Market and sell our Social Media Monitoring and Analytics tool Talkwalker
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the region
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Setup and coach partnerships in your market
  • Network and attend relevant conferences and trade shows
  • Participate in our overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Must-have qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency or in a software company
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in English
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication culture
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
Nice-to-have qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
  • Knowledge of the local business culture and practices in Singapore and surrounding countries

What you can expect from the interview process:
  • 1st interview with our TA Partner - 30 minutes
  • 2nd interview with our Hiring Manager - 60 minutes
  • 3rd interview with CS and Pre-Sales Leadership - 60 minutes
  • Option for a 4th and final interview
