About the job Allison+Partners is seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Account Executive with a passion for communications to join our fast-growing Singapore office.We are pursuing candidates who are focused on growing a communications agency career and have the understanding and curiosity to understand and appreciate our clients' challenges and opportunities. Our Singapore office serves local and regional clients particularly in the technology sector across enterprise and consumer brands.If you are a strategic thinker, self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we want to hear from you!Duties and Responsibilities Acts as right-hand to account manager or director Supervises Account Executives and Account Coordinators alongside account managers Has strong stakeholder management skills particularly in the earned arena, with proven relationships with regional and local editors and journalists Has the ability to understand the communications landscape and identify trending issues and topics that resonate with clients' target audiences Oversees development and implementation of account strategy, delegating appropriate assignments to teams and jumping in on tactics Has an integrated mindset and is able to assist in developing integrated campaigns Works with account manager or director to forecast account budgets and monitor team hours throughout the month Responsible for developing solid first drafts of creative and strategic client and new business plansWrites and/or edits materials with keen eye, providing near-final copy for review to account leadsQualifications include: BA or BS in related field required Requires 3+ years of public relations, marketing or related experience Works well under pressure Works independently Strategic thinker Excellent writer in need of minimal editing Strong media relations skills and proved industry relationships
