We are looking for a problem solver, someone who has passion for modern marketing. As an Account Executive with the integrated communications team, you are responsible for supporting the Manager or Account Lead in ensuring that the day-to-day work on the accounts is taken care of, in a timely manner. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of account service staff within a specific set of accounts.

The role of Account Executive will be awarded based on experience.

\xc2\xb7 Has the ability to manage, together with a Manager, a spectrum of large to small projects, as well as teams, on multiple sizable accounts

\xc2\xb7 Understands how to dig deep into understanding clients\' businesses and their missions, as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, sales, marketing, media, vendors, partners and other businesses/organizations, etc.; able to impart this knowledge to team members

\xc2\xb7 Possesses superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others\' work

\xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate a collaborative and positive attitude and should be thoughtful and unafraid to ask questions.

\xc2\xb7 Has the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, whether in a client relationship or internally within their previous organisation

\xc2\xb7 Has the relevant media relationships, and is up-to-date with media movements within the Singapore media landscape

To be successful in this role, you should have:

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Public Relations, whether in an Agency or with the Communications department of an organization

\xc2\xb7 College bachelor\'s degree in Communications or a related field

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate high intellectual curiosity and sense of urgency to move projects forward with a problem-solving approach
