  • Be the main point of contact for all client\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day communication and oversight; own overall client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager to optimize, retain, and up-sell business
  • Build effective client relationships as acts as a day-to-day partner; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship
  • Owns projects from briefs to execution with support from the senior account manager when needed
  • Is a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work independently and as part of the wider team
  • Brief creative, operations and third parties to ensure all parties are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are fully met
  • Helps to manage client finance process
  • Attends weekly client meetings and actions on client requests and briefs in a timely manner
  • Owns day-to-day client communication,, including weekly reports
  • Always provides the standard of service to the client that meets and exceeds client expectations
QualificationsExperience / Knowledge Required:
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate with clients
  • Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize
  • Works well individually and as a team player
  • Experience of working on a fast-paced account across multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite
  • 5 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of working experience preferably within an advertising agency and/or technology experience
  • Experience working on APAC & IN markets will be a plus
