• Acts as the main point of contact to the Clients day-to-day
• Has great understanding of the brand, its category and competition to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on marketing and media trends
• Collaborates with the Planning and Creative departments to write a strong, inspiring Agency brief and Concept based on Client\xe2\x80\x99s initial brief
• Influences the development of the highly crafted creative work by sharing knowledge of the Client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations
• Kick starts development of pre-bid document with Creatives and facilitates timely receipt of bids and treatment with producer and presents cost summary/estimates for Client approval
• Protects Client and Agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth, issues and updates
• Provides written weekly status and call reports following meetings to ensure discussions are documented so Client and Agency are aligned
• Attends shoots and editing sessions to ensure the edits are on brief, delivers celebrity requests and timely Client approval and satisfaction
• Works with studio, production and project management teams to deliver on time, and on budget
• Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe

• Has 6-8 years account servicing experience in a Creative Agency with retail marketing and ATL (print & film) production experience
• Strong grasp of ATL production from videos to social media/content
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• A track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Highly organized with a keen sense of attention and eye for details
• Exceptional initiative, follow through skills and works independently, with very minimal supervision
• After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions when needed
• Possesses a collaborative nature and is comfortable to have a conversation and present to senior members of the Agency and Clients
