The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for seamless coordination and delivery of integrated marketing communications campaigns, acting as an entry-level liaison between clients and creative, tech, media and production teams. He/she works with senior account and project management to deliver client briefs and objectives to the teams, assist in the formulation of creative ideas and marketing strategies, and ensure that all administrative, budgetary and operational tasks related to the account are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
He/She/They understand the agency's through-the-line and digital solution offerings, and how to work across all disciplines in a dynamic agency setting, ensuring that communication flows effectively between stakeholders and maintaining smooth operational & financial processes for the account.
He/She/They possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, knowledge of marketing communications and current trends & technologies, meticulous, process-oriented and an independent and tenacious problem-solver.
