Job Description


The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for seamless coordination and delivery of integrated marketing communications campaigns, acting as an entry-level liaison between clients and creative, tech, media and production teams. He/she works with senior account and project management to deliver client briefs and objectives to the teams, assist in the formulation of creative ideas and marketing strategies, and ensure that all administrative, budgetary and operational tasks related to the account are completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget. He/She/They understand the agency's through-the-line and digital solution offerings, and how to work across all disciplines in a dynamic agency setting, ensuring that communication flows effectively between stakeholders and maintaining smooth operational & financial processes for the account. He/She/They possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, knowledge of marketing communications and current trends & technologies, meticulous, process-oriented and an independent and tenacious problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end project and account lead who develops positive, effective relationships with the Client and all the agency support teams. Displays good teamwork.
  • An Independent account manager who runs the day to day projects, in charge of budget, timelines, briefs.
  • In charge of setting the directions given to the team ensuring that the Client brief is clear and actionable, able to give direction for multiple projects and accounts.
  • Builds good relationships with clients and establishes credibility and trust as the day-to-day client contact/lead
  • Have a solid grip on the account’s job charges, budgets and cost controls.
  • Ensures all projects and campaigns are on track and launched on time.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • Exhibits a high level of integrity and fairness in all your dealings.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Around 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in brand strategy and building brands
  • Have solid experience in integrated marketing communications for global and regional FMCG accounts
  • Flawless account management skills
  • Highly experienced in print, broadcast and digital production and toolkit development
  • Have strong project and time management skills. Displays a strong attention to details
  • Have excellent presentation and writing skills (for presentation and selling of work)
  • Flexible to changes and used to handling multiple projects and accounts at the same time
  • Has managed multi-disciplined campaigns, largely self-directed and works well within a team
  • Responsible, dedicated team player
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills to facilitate clear communication tasks, internal agency communication and client interface
