We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager with solid experience in the digital media and strategic planning space. Your role will span across several key markets and will entail working on both brand and performance campaigns, and planning predominantly digital media across APAC. You will support the Account Director, and manage the day-to-day servicing on client accounts, executional media planning and buying, strategic planning, pre and post campaign reporting, financial administration et al. You will also be responsible for managing the Account Executive and ensuring excellence is delivered across all work.

Client Account Management & Relationships
Develop a deep understanding of client business and advise clients on the best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs
Building strong client relationships
Building excellent relationships with the regional media owners and digital partners
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and organized across multiple campaigns projects with various clients and deadlines
Participate and lead, if appropriate, face to face client and vendor meetings
Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
Communication Skills
Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
Assists in the development of media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed and presents with confidence and authority
Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc
Work closely with media vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure you are the first to hear of latest developments
Media Skills
Knowledge of local APAC media landscape and global digital trends
Ability to deliver integrated media solutions especially across SEM, Programmatic, Social, Display
Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients. Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter)
Post campaign reporting, with the ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks
Oversee campaign optimisation strategies and work with digital teams to continually improve campaign performance
Support media and digital training for the team as necessary
The Account Manager will be thorough and deliberate in all instances, they will maintain the highest standard for accuracy and quality of work and ensure the same for their Account Executive
Managerial Skills
Able to guide and supervise Account Executive to create and maintain media plans and media buy authorizations based on client\xe2\x80\x99s various initiatives
Able to guide and supervise implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations and traditional media buying operations
Able to be both a leader as well as being a team player in promoting team cohesiveness. Nurture and inspire juniors, ensure their development and growth plans are in place.
