DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager in our Singapore Office to act as the point of contact for clients, prospects, Business Unit Heads and Sales Leaders. Your strong business acumen and strategic skills will be crucial in creating business strategies, overseeing delivery approaches, building successful relationships, and driving the digital transformation of our clients\' business.

What You\'ll Do

  • Maintain active dialogue with clients and actively seek and monitor client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the client\'s business objectives
  • Effectively communicate EPAM\'s capabilities to address IT needs that support clients\' business objectives
  • Develop knowledge of EPAM\'s offerings to drive multi-stream solutions
  • Identify and develop new opportunities from existing and new clients, with the goal of establishing a full-service partnership
  • Manage client financials and contracts, and work with the accounting group to generate invoices and payments
  • Ensure that client relationships, interactions, and deliverables are in line with contract specifications
  • Continually monitor and re-evaluate the quality of service
  • Participate in the pre-sale initiatives across existing as well as new accounts
What You Have
  • Bachelor in business management or relevant
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience with strong experience in achieving sales targets or biggest portfolios
  • A proven track record of building and developing client relationships and supporting the digital transformation of their accounts
  • Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, and IT consulting
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level yet be close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across accounts and accounts portfolios
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • IT background prior to transitioning to account management is preferred
