Senior Accountant / Accountant Project Based

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project performance, key indicators and prepare project report for review.
- Review all audit schedule (Including Intercompany transaction, Fixed Assets, Prepayment and etc)
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in financial and tax audits
- Assist in yearly budget
- Monitor and control project budget
- Lead the finance department
- Prepare monthly presentation slide for review
- Ensure SOX compliance requirement is complied
- Fully responsible for month end closing and ensure deadlines are met.
- Abide to Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
- Other ad hoc assignment
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA or Equivalent
- At least 3 years related working experiences in construction industry
- Preferably with Audit experience
- Able to work independently
