Job Responsibilities:

In-charge of project accounting, tracking and analysis.
Work closely with project managers/directors to ensure timely update and accounting of projects.
Performs financial evaluation of the company's and project performances including variance analysis, and provides inputs on actual performance for decision making
Support the annual budgeting exercise and budgetary control processes.
Prepare financial and management reports on timely basis.
In-charge of Accounts Payable section and provide GL support to FM
Initiates reviews and recommends process improvements particularly in areas where there is a financial impact
Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 3 years of relevant commercial experience.
