Job Description

• Well Established Company
• Basic $5000 - $7000 + One Month Completion Bonus
• Working location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)
• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8am to 5.10pm
• ONE YEAR CONTRACT

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure revenue and direct costs are recognised in accordance with accounting standards
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers
• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for revenue and cost accounting
• Perform gross margin and flux variance analysis
• Review of monthly audit schedules
• Review and check debit and credit note requests
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory
• Review slow-moving inventory with stakeholders
• Review of Project and Service WIP, ensuring no long outstanding WIP
• Prepare monthly inventory aging reports
• Co-ordinate annual physical count
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for operations and management meetings
• Participate in system enhancement to improve on existing work processes as well as to improve internal control and efficiency for the team
• Liaise and support external and internal audit requirements
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
• Prior experience in Big 4 audit firm is an added advantage
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
