: Location: Somerset Industry: Property Developer Local Listed Working hours: 9.00am 5.45pm (Mon-Fri) This is a Permanent position. s:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Develop annual operating budget, operating plan, financial goals and working capital plan
• Analyze complex financial data and summarize business units performance to management
• Ad-hoc management financial reports as required
• Liaise and work closely with the Accounts and business operations team, internal and external auditors and authorities as required
• Drove processes automation, process improvement and dash boards creations for reduction of manual and repetitive tasks.
• Implement and work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reporting
• Take an active role in the broader Finance team, helping smooth implementation of and adherence to new finance requirements, systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting / Finance / Audit
• ACCA / CA / CPA with an Accounting or Finance Degree
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews
• Excellent financial modelling, excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and independently
• Detail oriented, hands-on personality capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Prior experience in real estate, construction or REITs Companies advantageous
