• Position Title: Senior Accountant (Internal Audit) / Senior Internal Audit Accountant
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8:15 am - 5:15 pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $5,800 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Review the internal control systems of various manufacturing sites and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with consultants on Risk Management and internal control audit templates and programs.
• Recommend new measures to strengthen the internal control system to the management.
• Conduct surveillance audits at least twice a year on Asia sites to ensure compliance with internal control standards.
• Lead an internal audit team and work closely with operations to conduct audits on all key operating expenses.
• Perform analytical reviews on monthly expenses, investigating and reporting on any fluctuations or abnormalities to management.
• Provide support and supervision for outsourced financial accounting services, ensuring adherence to process controls.
• Assume responsibility for system control and administration of the regional accounting system.
• Act as the primary liaison with the US Head Office, providing updates and addressing internal audit matters.
• Conduct special audits on specific risk areas as required by management.
• Represent the organization in all Ethics matters and ensure compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience and exposure to internal audit will be preferred.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, and internal control assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and audit procedures.
• Able to travel in Asia region up to 30% of the time per quarter.
