The Company Our client is a reputable US Retail MNC with great market shares with over their products sold in more than 120 countries and with manufacturing facilities in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Due to business expansion in Singapore, they are partnering with us to look for a Senior Accountant to overlook the full sets of accounting and management reporting covering both Singapore and Malaysia business.
The Role Reporting to Finance Manager, this role will take charge of full sets of accounting, tax reporting, audit and financial reporting and to make sure internal control put in play for the Singapore retail stores. Additionally, you will also be involved inventory control and inter-company transactions for Singapore and Malaysia entities. On top of which, you will drive continuous process improvement and ad-hoc projects such as new system implementation. Your Profile To be a successful candidate, you must have
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualified
- At least 3-5 years of full sets financial accounting exposure.
- Experience with retail/FMCG/F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Additionally, you must be detailed orient, inquisitive with good communication skills to liaise with multinational stakeholders.
- System knowledge of SAP is a plus.
