: Job Responsibilities: * Financial closing according to closing procedure (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) * Revaluate account balances * Prepare and data input closing entries for payroll and related, accrued expenses, treasu : Job Responsibilities: Financial closing according to closing procedure (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) Revaluate account balances Prepare and data input closing entries for payroll and related, accrued expenses, treasury related etc Review bank reconciliations, treasury cash pooling report Ensure all necessary closing procedures are performed accurately and timely Reporting actual for entity to RHQ Liaise with Auditors for quarter, semi-annual, annual audit exercise Prepare schedules required Prepare Audit confirmations and reconciliations Process Audit adjustments Review Audit report prior finalization Maintenance of SAP system Creations, amendments and review of chart of accounts and other master data Work with IT / HQ IT on SAP issues Review / Analysis of entity financial statements (B/S) Liaise with banks / treasury office to manage entity cashflow Hedging of foreign exchange exposure Assist to establish proper procedure to unify with group practices and comply with HQ J-SOX requirements. Involve in J-SOX activities, prepare required documents assigned quarterly. Liaise with tax agent on tax filing matters Run claim reports from Concur system Handle project / ad hoc functions assigned Job Requirement: ACCA / Degree with minimum 5 years or Diploma in accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in MNC Experience in full sets of accounts Competent and hands-on with SAP is a must Strong knowledge in Accounting standards, audit, tax regulations, legal and statutory requirements Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Strong initiatives, organized, meticulous and detail in figures To apply, please email your resume in MS Word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] indicating in your CV the following information: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
