Senior Accountant (open For Auditor) / Sgx Listed / East

Job Description
Our client is a SGX Listed company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Accountant to be part of their ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly and year-end consolidated financial statements.
- Responsible for SGX results announcement, year-end consolidation, forecasts, budgets and year-end statutory accounts for the Group.
- Responsible for analytical review of subsidiary companies monthly financials.
- Manage and prepare annual report.
- Work with auditors on audit matters.
- Responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating of group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
- Min Degree in accounting or ACCA/CPA
- Min 3 years of experience in listed companies or in Auditing Company
- Consolidation experience is desired
- Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax Act.
