Our client is a global manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a senior accountant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising the finance operation of Europe subsidiaries.
- Responsible for performing month-end and year-end closing of account and liaising with the local outsourced accountants for US GAAP.
- Responsible for reviewing the financial statement and handling each country statutory audit.
- Responsible for performing monthly Opex flux analysis against forecast and update the variances with FPA team.
- Responsible for reviewing and understanding monthly funding amount needed for respective subsidiaries.
- Interorganizational billing and reconciliation, and confirmation
- Responsible for analyzing general Opex invoices.
- Responsible for generating yearly Fixed Assets Sighting exercise for all the subsidiaries.
- Any other ad hoc activities assigned
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Have at least 5 years of experience in General Ledger or audit background
- Have experience in MNC environment & SAP experience preferred
