The CompanyMy client is an established Professional Services Firm, keen to hire a hands-on and self-motivated Senior Accountant to oversee Financial Accounting, Audit and Tax portfolio. Strong technical competency and Big 4 audit experience will be essential.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Big 4 experience is essential (exposure to complex audit engagements is highly advantageous)
• Strong technical competency
• Strong Excel skills
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants with maximum 2 months\' notice period

The successful candidate should be independent, motivated, a fast learner, proactive, has good communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Budget: S$6,500 - S$7,500 per month Job ScopeReporting to the Regional Head of Finance and managing 1 staff, you will be responsible for the full set finance operations for a Singapore portfolio, including month-end closing activities, accounts payable and receivables, audit, taxation and cash management. You will effectively manage statutory requirements such as annual audit, tax filing and queries, and be a point of contact for regional reporting purposes. You will also continually explore ways to streamline and improve processes and support in system enhancement initiatives. You will be a subject matter expert for financial accounting and audit matters and work closely with regional stakeholders in the course of your work.

FP&A/ management accounting is handled by a separate team.
