Job Description
Summary
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Location: Ubi-Vertex

- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions (GL,FA,AR &AP)
- Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet & bank reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow and annual budget reports
- Handle tax matters which would include the quarterly GST filing as well as corporate tax
- Liaising with corporate secretary, tax agents and auditors
- Maintain full set of accounts for a group of companies
- Assist in any other works as may be assigned
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experiences in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing
- Experiences in F&B industry is a Must
