:THE COMPANYOur Client is a US listed Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing industry (Revenue Size of $800 million USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Financial Controller.THE ROLEThe Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
- Oversee monthly close processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage GST, deferred tax, tax provisions, withholding taxes, transfer pricing, and tax filings
- Handle accounting for capital assets and leases
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Maintain SOX control matrices and ensure compliance
- Oversee cashflow management, including cross-border transactions
- Assess and improve financial processes for continuous enhancement
- Participate in relevant projects as needed
- Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
- Has at least 8+ years of work experience and started their career in an audit environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Clear and rapid career progression
