Responsibilities for Virtual Senior Accountant:

• 
  Prepare client financial statements

• 
  Maintain & review General Ledger, AP, AR

• 
  Make Journal Entries for depreciation and amortization

• 
  Create and maintain capitalization tables

• 
  Prepare client month-end close

• 
  Maintain inventory and assets

• 
  Communicate and build relationships with clients

• 
  Solid experience with Xero is required. QuickBooks experience will be an edge

• 
  Strong accounting skills: the ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance.

• 
  Minimum of 4-5 years of US Accounting Experience

• 
  Experience using Xero;QuickBooks;Karbon,Microsoft office, Slack, etc.

• 
  Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients especially in the SaaS industry

• 
  Must be an independent, resourceful, self-starter; and also a team player

• 
  Strong analytical skills - see the big picture, how things relate and affect one another, within the client's books, as well as business

• 
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work, in a remote team organization
  

• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

• 
  High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

• 
  Pro-active attitude; highly self-motivated and able to work without constant oversight

• 
  High degree of emotional maturity; ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively
