Review monthly Fund Accounts and oversee monthly reporting to Investors in the Fund;
Monitoring MAS/CIMA\xe2\x80\x99s regime and carry out timely regulatory reporting;
Assist in client on-boarding procedures;
Liaise with Fund Administrators, Regulators, Brokers and Auditors, etc.
Perform other ad hoc duties pertaining to Fund Accounting
General Company Accounting Duties
Prepare full set of fund management company accounts;
Prepare audit schedules and drafting financial statements;
Reconcile inter-co balances;
Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as Auditors, Regulators, etc;
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
HR and Admin Duties
Handle all departments\xe2\x80\x99 HR matters, including but not limited to payroll, work passes and permits, applications, renewals and cancellations, prepare documents for new and resigned employees
Update and maintains employee records, annual and medical leave, expenses claim etc.
Handle all office admin functions, including but not limited to, office repairs, office maintenance and renovation, requisition of office supplies, contracts renewals
Set up email for new employees and provide basic admin and IT support
Update and maintain HR Manual in accordance with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations
Ensure timely regulatory reporting and surveys submission to MAS, IRAS, MOM, etc.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or relevant finance-related courses
Fund Accounting experience not required but advantageous
Knowledge on HR and Administrative procedures
Good team player and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
