Senior/ Accounts Executive (5 Days/ Full Sets)

Job Description
- 5-days work week
- Kaki Bukit
- Leading Service Provider in Integrated Security Solutions
- Ensure accurate, timely monthly/ yearly financial closing and reporting
- Prepare monthly schedule for Audit such as Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets and etc
- Prepare and submit corporate income tax and quarterly GST returns
- Monthly aging report review for vendors and debtors
- Preparation of Cash flow forecast and budget
- Review weekly AR & AP report
- Prepare Sales invoicing, SOA and payment voucher
- To oversees the smooth running of the company\xe2\x80\x99s New ERP system
- Check and verify suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices
- Process staff claim and ensure timely approval
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts
- Oversee stock on-hand movement
- Prepare payroll-related matters, CPF, AIS Submission
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax authorities & other statutory compliance
- Perform any other ad hoc admin duties as and when required
- Diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in handling full sets of accounts
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good working attitude and attention to detail
