They are looking for:
- Senior Accounts Executive
- Report to Head of Finance
- Maintain full set of accounts including AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure that the monthly management reports are prepared accurately and submitted on a timely basis
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports with Malaysia Branch
- Preparation of monthly cashflow budget and analyze the variance between actual vs budget
- Ensure quarterly GST submission is accurate and submitted on timely basis
- Liaise with auditor and prepare the audit schedule
- Liaise with tax agent on all tax matters
- Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure the companies\' compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate annual budgeting / quarterly forecast exercise together with various department
- Degree/ACCA/Diploma/LCCI/CAT
- Experience in full sets of accounts
