Roles & Responsibilities * Prepare audit schedules and provide support for year-end annual audit (e.g. Construction Contract Working, Financial Statement, Salary Recon, Lease Reconciliation, Interc Roles & Responsibilities Prepare audit schedules and provide support for year-end annual audit (e.g. Construction Contract Working, Financial Statement, Salary Recon, Lease Reconciliation, Intercompany Schedule etc) Main contact point to liaise with Big Four Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary Comply with ACRA annual regulatory compliance for Branch Office and Joint Ventures (occasionally with the help of Company Secretary) Assist in annual tax payment to IRAS and file expat Tax Clearance (IR21 Form) to IRAS Prepare yearly Estimated Corporate Income (ECI) Tax working and also Final Corporate Tax Working Process IRAS queries from time to time Ensure that Final Audited Report prepared by Big Four Auditor and Final Corporate Tax working prepared by Tax Agent are free from material misstatement and in compliance with IFRS Quarterly check on leases that qualify to be registered to SAP (IFRS 16) Gather information required for Transfer Pricing Report Prepare yearly BCA Annual Return Monthly high review on GL accounts (ensure no suspicious/ inaccurate entry that can cause suspense accounts) Job requirements: Degree in Accounting or equivalent With 4-5 years of relevant experience in Construction firms With past experience in auditing firm will be an added advantage Proficiency in computer skill such as Microsoft Office Proficiency in ERP/SAP accounting system Excellent in communication skills and good organizational HOW TO APPLY : Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to ref26(AT)trustrecruit.com.sg or please click on ' Apply Now '.
