- Position: Senior Accounts Executive or Assistant Accountant (ACCPAC)
- Location: Tuas West Road (Company transport provided)
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + Bonus (1-3 months) + H;S Medical Scheme
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Industrial waste management
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in the company\'s accounting system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, and general ledger entries
- Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with audits and other financial projects, as needed
- Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and team members
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with accounting software, such as ACCPAC or similar.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
