Job Description

:

Our client is a IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for an Accounts Executive to support them in their growing business.

\xef\xbb\xbfJob Location:
\xef\xbb\xbf- Henderson Road (Bukit Merah)
\xef\xbb\xbf-Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

\xef\xbb\xbfRoles & Responsibilities:
\xef\xbb\xbf- Able to handle full set of accounts and preparation of financial statement/reports.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Able to prepare accounting and year end schedules and liaison with auditor.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Working closely with respective department to drive for cost efficiency and maximizing revenue.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Prepare bank reconciliation.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Validate monthly billing timely and accurately.
\xef\xbb\xbf- GST Reporting Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
\xef\xbb\xbf- Min 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
\xef\xbb\xbf- Min Diploma in Accounting of related field

\xef\xbb\xbf- Salary range: Up to $5,000
