Job Description

Accounting & Finance



Handle a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation) for the group of companies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRAS, ACRA). Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms. Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare and submit GST filings, tax computations, and corporate filings. Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies. Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Payroll & HR Administration



Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and IR8A preparation using payroll software or HR system. Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave, attendance, and claims. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures. Administer employee benefits, insurance, and training programs. Support performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and Singapore labour laws. Draft HR policies, staff handbooks, and memos in line with company needs.

General & Cross-Functional Support



Assist in developing SOPs and improving workflow processes across finance and HR departments. Support administrative and operational functions as assigned by management. * Coordinate cross-company reporting and consolidation when required.
