Abiraame Popular Jewellers (S) Pte Ltd, is a trusted shopping destination for Diamond, Gold and Silver jewellery by many in Singapore. We are reputed organization in Little India, serving Singaporeans for more than a decade. We do follow fair practice in recruiting staffs for our firm. We do have one showroom in 85, Serangoon Road.


We are young and growing company and hence, we are looking for people who are versatile in their work. Currently we are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER for our firm to take care of the accounts. He / She plays a crucial role in preparing and maintaining accounts related activities . He /She would be responsible for:

• Responsible for maintaining our Purchase, Sales & Expenses Details in Jewellery Software.
• Responsible to hedging gold strategies.
• Responsible in keying in purchase invoice, sales invoice, overhead invoices, and payment entries.
• Responsible in updating cash book for multiple currencies to tie in with bank statement. Reconciliation between ledger and bank statement.
• Responsible to make payments for entities within the Group and liaising with the bank in case of any transaction queries.
• Responsible to file and scan of documents. Posting of intercompany entries. Quarterly GST report and filing.
• Responsible for monthly payroll preparation with CPF submission and year end IR8A annual income submission to IRAS.
• Responsible in cash account reconciliation entries.
• Responsible in maintaining management costs tracking report.
• Preparation and Filing of GST Reconciliation, Profit & Loss Statement, Trial Balance, GST Reporting Submission.
• Responsible to take charge on Other Adhoc Duties and clerical works as and when required.
• When required provide analysis of the company\xe2\x80\x99s performance and advise on proper accounting procedure and compliance.
• Able to work on public holiday and must be flexible in timings , as and when required.

Requirements

• Masters degree in accounting or relevant studies
• 13 Years Hands on experience in accounting field
• Experience in Accounting industry is a bonus
• Working Knowledge in Tally ERP, MYOB, SAGE 50
• Good understanding about retail & wholesale Jewellery
