Engage in month-end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts and preparation of management accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
Support group reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
Review work processes, identify areas of improvement and recommend implementation of accounting processes and systems.
Interpret business data and prepare business analysis report.

Account for and reconcile inter-company transaction.
Effectively presents insights on financial and recommendations and point-of-view
Preparation in annual budget, annual audit and forecasting process.
Day-to-day general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Prepare and review payment voucher, invoices, debit/credit notes
To prepare taxation schedules and submission, ie. GST, corporate tax, Tax filling, and etc.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Local staff and foreign staff salary, petty cash etc
Other Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time Full set account in construction relation industry
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other professional qualification
Minimum 3 to 5 years accounting experience in SINGAPORE , familiar with internal controls, financial and accounting procedures
Able to work under pressure and meet accounting deadlines
Analytical and meticulous for details
High integrity and able to work independently
A team player who is self-motivated
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MYOB system an advantage
Good written and oral communication in English and Mandarin
