Solid strategic, analytic, and financial skillsJob SummaryManage and ensure that all tasks that are to be completed by the AR department are completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Provide periodic reports to HQ of all ongoing activities on a steady basis. Identify problematic processes and introduce process upgrades as sees fit to ensure proper workflow and productivity.Job Scope
- Ensure all Shipments are invoiced.
- Monitor invoices, statements.
- Oversee the work of accounts receivable clerks.
- Prepare weekly reports and periodic analyses of AR.
- Inspect records and reports for accuracy.
- Ensure all payments are properly recorded in Acumatica
- 1-year verifiable experience as Bookkeeper minimum Experience working remotely as a bookkeeper for a USA company
- Must be able to communicate and provide excellent customer service skills
- Solid strategic, analytic, and financial skills
- Exceptional reconciliation and analysis skills
- The ability to think proactively, and solve any anomalies
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
