To oversee and manage the administrative and customer service team to ensure business needs are met effectively
Manage incoming communications and correspondences (e.g. calls, emails)
Coordinate between logistics and office to ensure smooth orders and deliveries to customers/ clients
Preparing of month-end report
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager and management
Job Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of MS office

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
