Job Description

* Provide secretarial support to the CEO International which includes scheduling of meetings, booking of airfare & accommodation for overseas trips (if required), prepare presentation slides for meetings etc. * Support business Provide secretarial support to the CEO International which includes scheduling of meetings, booking of airfare & accommodation for overseas trips (if required), prepare presentation slides for meetings etc. Support business reporting by extracting, preparing and submitting regular reports. Assist in the compilation of reports as well as monitoring of submission of department heads etc. Provide general administrative support for the International BU dept which includes but not limited to:- New staff onboarding Staff engagement Systems and services applications for users Coordinate bookings for travel arrangements for departments Use of SAP system for purchase requisitions Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally Any other project/tasks assigned by the superior Requirements Possess at least a Business diploma. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant/ Department support Able to communicate with all levels. Outstanding organizational and time management skills Meticulous, attention to detail Proficient in MS office especially in Excel and Powerpoint is required. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
