The individual will support the department's operational efficiency by managing administrative, finance-related, and logistical tasks for Financial & Lifestyle Services under IDS. This includes handling payment processes, supporting procurement workflows, coordinating events, and assisting with travel and onboarding logistics for local and overseas staf

Finance & Procurement Support

• Manage and process department Capex and Opex payment requests for FLS.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requests (PR), and Sales Orders (SO) related to SingCash (temporary) and Insurance businesses, partners and supplies in compliance with the procurement guidelines.
• Submit payment and sourcing requests (above S$15K) via e-workflow as per procurement policy.
• Process invoices for customers and liaise with vendors to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals for services received but not yet invoiced, in coordination with Finance for monthly closing of accounts.
• Maintain organized records of procurement and financial documentation required for audit

Administrative & Operational Support

• Arrange onboarding schedules and meeting setups for new hires.
• Rasing of Singtel Bill payment for mobile, broadband subscriptions used by FLS personnel
• Asset management for (procured under SAC) for SingCash (temporary) & insurance business
• Fixed Asset Register Sighting & Condemnation for SingCash (temporary) & insurance business
• Liaise with contractors for any office-related maintenance work.
• Provide occasional support for internal department events, festive celebrations, and workshops

Travel Coordination (Ad Hoc)

• Assist senior leaders with travel arrangements including submission of travel requests and claims.
• Book accommodations for overseas travels.

Skills for Success

• 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles with procurement and financial processes
• Proficiency in procurement and finance systems (e.g., SAP, AcuBuy).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
