Key tasks include: Order Processing using SAP system Liaising with logistics personnel Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipments Assist in marcom activities such as LinkedIn posts and updating of website Maintaining equipment service information in SAP system Preparation and sending of quotations to customers Preparation of Purchase Orders to suppliers Perform goods receipt in SAP system Answering of phone calls Checking of tenders and assist in tender submission Receiving of goods delivery Assist in stock take every 6 months Arrange staff welfare activities such as birthday celebrations Payment follow up for overdue invoices Job Requirements: Degree in any discipline (mandatory requirement) 3 - 5 years' work experience in the healthcare related industry in Singapore Excellent spoken and written English Knowledge of SAP Business One Experience in data analysis using MS Excel spreadsheets May need to work extended hours during peak periods Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Be a team player and work well in a multi-racial environment
