Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs

• Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful execution of projects and create awareness for the mall\'s activities
• Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall\'s programs and various initiatives to drive sales
• Source for sponsorship for promotions and events
• Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
• Proactively market common area licensed areas (including atrium and open plaza) for the mall
• Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
• Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
• Develop shopper retention initiatives through loyalty programme and ensure constant engagement with shoppers
• Propose, monitor and track A&P income and expenditure for the mall
• Any other A&P initiatives and ad-hoc projects/assignments

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in marketing or a related field with preferably 3 years marketing experience with exposure in events management, loyalty programmes/CRM, digital and social media marketing

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, resourceful and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
• Prepared to work beyond the usual office hours when required (including weekends and holidays) due to the nature of the retail business
