• Manage a number of machine learning services and maintain partnerships with internal customers and partners to drive the end-to-end implementation of our AI services into internal and external business processes to redefine the customer support experience. Our services are used in mission critical enterprise setups. AI services therefore have strict compliance, availability, and performance requirements that you will drive.
• Daily tasks include communication, stakeholder management, portfolio management and related follow-ups. Managing and maintaining AI product roadmaps and delivering business value are an integral part of delivering successful services.

WHAT YOU\'LL BRINGWe are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation and data-driven solutions paired with technical skills. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
