Senior Analog Design Engineer
Job Description
Summary:Design and implementation of CMOS power ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation,modeling, verification and bench characterization.Responsibilities:1. Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs2. Management products utilizing leading edge sub-micron CMOS technologies3. Developing state of the art products that include op amps, comparators, bandgap, low-drop linear regulator,ADCs, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithmsRequirement:1. Bachelor or above degree in Microelectronic or Electronic and Information Engineering.2. Good knowledge in analog IC design3. Familiar with SPICE simulation and basic analog building blocks: Op Amps, Comparators, Voltagereferences, MOSFET design, and IC layout4.Strong Communication skills, high level of intelligence, self-motivation and aggressiveness.5. 5 - 15 years Analog experience, Master Degree in engineering. Familiar with bandgap, LDO, oscillatorsdesign., experience in SAR ADC, SD ADC, high precious bandgap will be bonus points.
