Job Description
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end system implementation projects for the MLS system, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Drive solution design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage system design, development, and integration across teams and regions Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical documentation Perform data/process mapping and support testing phases (SIT, UAT, etc.) Coordinate production deployment and post-go-live support Liaise with business, IT units, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
Must Have:
10+ years in compliance/risk/finance technology Strong application/process design experience Moderate SQL skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management
Good to Have:
KYC, Big Data, NoSQL, Hadoop, Git, Jenkins, JIRA Experience with Oracle, Java, Python, Unix scripting * Familiarity with AI/ML and compliance systems
