Our client is a regional leader in the marine offshore industry with its operations span in numerous parts of the world. They are currently seeking for talents to join the organization as a Senior Analyst, Corporate Governance & Projects.

About the role

In this role as a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible in assessing and applying governance principles to ensure projects being handled are executed in a controlled and transparent manner, minimizing risks and maximising success.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement subsidiary governance principles framework for Group companies
• Establish and execute ESG business development strategies and frameworks for business origination
• Coordinate and manage internal governance and monitoring systems
• Implement governance programs aligned with internal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with General Counsel to enforce guidelines, Group policies, and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance programs
• Support Manager Corporate Governance in ensuring compliance with corporate governance accountabilities and legal requirements
• Administer the Delegation Framework to ensure adherence to delegation levels
• Provide advice on governance issues to Manager Corporate Governance
• Manage Secretariat functions, including minute-taking, drafting reports, and reviewing committee papers.Top of Form

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-driven and analytically strong with the ability to communicate and present effectively to stakeholders of various levels.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, or Finance & Accounting with minimum 5 years\' of governance experience
• Finance professional certificates ACCA, CA or CPA with internal audit experiences will be an advantage
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Proficient in management presentation as well as decks preparation
