Responsibilities

• Support the Yardi Investment Management users (including building out new fund structures, creating and maintaining entities and commitment records, developing, testing and implementing new rollup rules or cascade sets, and implementing calculator analytics to improves processes and procedures.)
• Support ad hoc Yardi functionality, including but not limited to: A/R, Leasing, Translation, and Revaluation
• Support integrations with ancillary systems (Yardi Investor Plus, Spreadsheet Server, other BI tools)
• Partner with system vendors to support business applications and escalate end-user issues
• Create SQL queries to aid in data discovery, requirements validation, report writing, and issue resolution
• Assist in developing systems processes to support regional and/or global governance initiatives
• Build strong relationships within the business to gain a thorough understanding of the business goals, operations, and challenges
• Function as a business process engineer by documenting current system processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and/or standardization and find ways to further leverage existing technologies
• Lead training initiatives to foster end-user growth and development in technology solutions
• Participate in testing application upgrades
• Support the Global LaSalle Digital Transformation and Global LaSalle Investor Accounting & Finance alignment initiatives

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in the real estate industry
• Accounting background, including consolidations experience
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent accounting system, preferably with an Investment Management Suite focus (e.g. investor reporting, NAV, etc.)
• Strong interest in process improvements using technology solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
• Strong relationship management skills, including interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization and people from diverse backgrounds in the Asia Pacific Region.
