Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Region Pricing Execution will support the regional execution and price attainment goals for the BioProduction Group within Thermo Fisher Scientific. This Senior Analyst will be a critical member of the global pricing team with an opportunity to work with many diverse team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the pricing guidance from all BPG value streams within the designated region.
• Work closely with other pricing teams (GSP, LSLPG, Country specific pricing) to coordinate the requirements needed to implement pricing initiatives on time, to enhance price realization.
• Coordinate customer communications and price justification decks in coordination with the commercial and CEO teams.
• Supervise progress and provide support to local CEO and commercial teams on the communications to end customer. Work with commercial team and CEO team on any requirements needed in the execution of price updates.
• Will need to develop a deep understanding of their regions local needs and be able to translate the group and value stream guidance into flawless execution
• Coordinate and supervise the re-pricing of open orders, as required, in each of the regional site.
• Communicate critical issues due to re-pricing to the business leaders or commercial organization to drive rapid outcomes. We will work to mitigate price leakage with the local management team.
• Enhance the customer experience through a coordinated pricing activity from each of the value streams and division within BPG..
• Assist in building of Core Account price books as the need arises. and perform other pricing related duties as assigned

• Excellent analytical capabilities with strong Excel and database skills.
• Proven analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, including data handling and meeting commitments.
• Demonstrated ability working with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Strong business orientation with a balance of pricing and strategic management capabilities. A passion for understanding pricing strategies and execution methodologies in a manufacturing and/or distribution business
• Ability to work cross-functionally and optimally influence and partner. Must relate well to all kinds of people, listen and builds constructive relationships, use subtlety and tact. Shows creativity and innovation in communicating ideas
• Detail oriented, organized and analytical. Has the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to drive projects and activities to successful conclusion, operating with a high focus and intensity
• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, mathematics, economics or a scientific field.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general guidance against a framework of defined business objectives
• Prior experience working in large corporate environment or a diversified, sophisticated organization is helpful.

• Ability to travel (~10%)
