Job Description
Job Title Senior Analyst Summary Research on market information such as comparable companies, historical transactions, interest rates, multiples, and stock price volatility.What you will be doing :
- General economic & market study across a wide range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.
- Research on market information such as comparable companies, historical transactions, interest rates, multiples, and stock price volatility.
- Perform basic valuation analysis using the market approach.
- Assist in construction of DCF valuation model and other complex financial models.
- Assist in preparation of valuation and advisory reports.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks allocated by the project manager.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, finance, or economics. Open to others too.
- No prior work experience required, but 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in audit firm preferred.
- CVA/CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM candidate preferred.
- Highly effective in project execution & communication.
- Possess the quality of cooperation & team-play.
