- Establish a communication link (technical) with our customers. Assist customer with yield problems.
- Inform all internal groups, of customer problems and participate in obtaining solutions.
- Develop alternative product flows to enhance our yield and respond to customer changes.
- Determine disposition of any discrepant material internally and any customer shipments. Communicate externally as needed.
- Interpret specifications (analyze data for specification decisions and add clarity).
- Help customers determine future technology trends.
- Inform all internal groups of customer latest development on technology trends. Develop strategies to meet the trends.
- Be available for internal presentations related to assigned customer base.
- Responsible to shape external presentations to the customer.
- Attend in technical conferences and classes, where necessary.
- Degree in Materials Science, Electrical or Chemical engineering, Physics. Masters or PhD preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience or knowledge thereof is required.
- Experience in material processing and wafer fabrication.
Working Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 530am
Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$6,000.00
