Senior Application Support Analyst
Job Description
An international Banking client is looking for an experienced Analyst to lead the global markets application team in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the BAU support for 20+ Global Markets applications, support end-to-end production environment, and spearhead strategic growth projects.
Requirements:
- Essential understanding and working experience with supporting trading applications
- Essential understanding of various asset products such as FX, e-commerce, operations, and commodities
- Must have good knowledge of general scripting, oracle database, and java
- Understanding of application or production environment support
- Good to have understanding of Murex
- Prior industry experience within the banking and /or financial services sector
- Experience working in a multi-vendor and outsourced IT environment
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a stable and efficient production environment with effective risk control
- Reporting directly to CTO and managing the applications stack team
- Liaison with London Global Markets Technology team
- Global Markets and Operations application support
- Problem investigation and resolution in line with Incident Management and Operational Risk assigned tasks
- Integration of new products into the application and organization
