The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and providing expert guidance to drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver training and support to customers on Honeywell products and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (Master\'s or PhD) in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably in the application/systems engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of application and systems engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CAD, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell products and solutions is a plus.
