Job Responsibilities: Lead a small team of architects and technical staff through all stages of architectural services Take responsibility for project management, delivery programme Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design Identify clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, building\xe2\x80\x99s usage, and environmental impact Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations Execute and manage projects to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s design requirements. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage
Requirements A recognized Degree in Architecture, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Good design with strong portfolio Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail Minimum 5-10 years of relevant architectural experience is preferred Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Proficiency in CAD / functional drafting capability. Conversant with codes and regulations
