Senior Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities\' requirements and standards.

• Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned

• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team

• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes

• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues

• To carry out supervision of architectural and related works;

• To manage the Project, including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc;

• To monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover and CSC inspections;

• To report any critical and/or major issues and propose possible solutions

• To resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Vendors;

• Keep updated on contractual and authorities\' requirements

• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution

• Minimum 4 years post graduate experience

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines

• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
